Može da bude dijetalna, bez pavlake,a baš i ne mora :) Zavisi koliko vam je taj dan jak karakter.
Sastojci: za 4 osobe
- 4 praziluka
- 4 srednja krompira
- lovorov list
- prstohvat majčine dušice
- limun
- (250 ml pavlake za kuvanje)
- so, biber
Praziluk dobro operite i iseckajte na krupne komade, krompir oljuštite i iseckajte i sve ubacite u veću šerpu, prelijte vodom tako da voda ide 1 cm iznad povrća, posolite, dodajte lovorov list i kuvajte dok krompir ne omekša, 15ak minuta.
Izvadite lovorov list i izblendirajte povrće štapnim mikserom. Dodajte biber, majčinu dušicu i ukoliko želite pavlaku za kuvanje i krčkajte par minuta.
Poslužite sa kriškom limuna, krutonima i malo hrskave majčine dušice koju se propržili na malo vrelog putera.

Potato leek soup
Ingredients: 4 people
- 4 leeks
- 4 middle sized potatoes
- 1 bay leaf
- pinch of thyme
- 1 lemon
- (1 cup double cream)
- salt and pepper
Wash and clean the leeks thorouhgly and chop them into large pieces. Peel the potatoes and chop them up. Putt the veggies into a large pot, cover with water, add the salt, bay leaf and boil until the potatoes get soft, about 15minutes.
Take out the bay leaf and blend the veggies with an immersion blender. Add the pepper, thyme and if you're going for the high cal version add the double cream and boil for a few minutes.
Serve with a wedge of lemon, croutons and some butter fried crispy thyme.
