Umutiš testo za 3 minuta i to bez miksera, suneš sve to u jednu posudu i pravo u rernu.Iseckaš poneku kajsiju i breskvu. Baciš pogled u rernu - ako ti se čini da je palačinka podivljala na dobrom si putu. Ubaciš voćkice, pospeš šećerom i ćao.
20 minuta utrošeno - broj fasciniranih ljudi beskonačan, zadovoljstvo nemerljivo.

Sastojci:
- 3 jaja
- 3+3 kašike smeđeg šećera
- 1/2 šolje brašna
- 1/2 šolje mleka
- 1 kašičica vanilin ekstrakta
- prstohvat soli
- 3 kašike putera
- 2 breskve
- 3 kajsije
- 5 listića svežeg bosiljka
Servirajte sa par listića svežeg bosiljka.

Apricot and peach Dutch baby
- 3eggs
- 3+3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1/2 cups of flour
- 1/2 cups of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 2 peaches
- 3 apricots
- 5 fresh basil leaves
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, add the butter to the casserole dish and melt it in the oven. Take that time to prepare the pancake mixture. Whisk together the eggs, sugar, flout, milk, vanilla and salt until fully combined. Remove the dish from the oven carefully and pour in the mixture. Put it back into the oven until golden and puffy, for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven again and cover with sliced peaches and apricots and sprinkle with leftover sugar. Put it back into the oven for about 5 minutes until the fruit becomes tender and the sugar melts.
Serve topped with a few fresh basil leaves.
