Jedan od najkraćih i najboljih recepata ikada. Skromno izjavljujem :)
Sastojci
- 3-4 Kruške
- 50 gr plavog sira
- 2 dl (grčkog) jogurta
- 1 kašika meda
Iskoristite koliko krušaka želite, jedna kruška će otprilike zauzeti jedan pleh, vidite koliko plehova možete odjednom da stavite u rernu. Kruške operite, prepolovite uzduž i izvadite koštice pa onda isecite što tanje ili super seckom ili ljuštačem za povrće. Poređajte po plehu prekrivenom papirom za pečenje tako da se parčići ne dodiruju. Stavite u rernu zagrejanu na 120 stepeni na sat vremena dok ne postani blago hrskave. Kada ih izvadite i ohlade se biće još čvršće.
Viljuškom usitnite plavi sir, dodajte med, još malo ispasirajte da dobijete finu homogenu smesu pa dodajte jogurt.

Pear chips with blue cheese dip
Ingredients
- 3-4 pears
- 50 gr of blue cheese (i.e. gorgonzola)
- 2 dl of greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
Wash and core the pears but cutting them in half lengthwise and taking out the seeds. Slice them as thinly as possible using a mandoline or a veggie peeler an move them into baking trays (you're gonna need a few of them) covered with baking paper. Bake for one hour on 120 °C.
Mash finely the blue cheese with honey and add yogurt. Mix until smooth.
