Oštrina i ljutoća rukole ukroćena suptilnim dresingom od rustičnog senfa i livadskog meda. To die for.
Sastojci: (za 2 osobe)
- 100 gr rukole
- 2 pomorandže
- oceđeni sok od neupotrebljenih delova 2 pomorandže
- 2 kašike meda
- 2 kašike senfa (ja sam stavila jednu kašiku običnog i jednu rustičnog sa celim zrnima slačice, za krckavost)
- 2 kašike maslinovog ulja
Pripremite pomoradže kao što je to pokazano u ovom videu, odvajajući nožem koru i beli deo u potpunosti, i onda zasecajući nožem među membrane kako biste izdvojili čiste parčiče. Kada to uradite prepolovite parčiće i ostatke iscedite rukama u posudu u kojoj će te praviti dresing. Operite i prosušite rukolu, dodajte joj komadiće pomorandže i pripremite dresing. U sok od pomorandže dodajte senf, med i maslinovo ulje. Dobro umutite dok se ne napravi homogena masa i onda prelijte preko salate i promešajte rukama kako bi se dresing ravnomerno rasporedio.

Arugula - orange salad with honey-mustard dressing
Ingredients: (serves 2)
- 100 gr of arugula
- 2 tbsp of mustard (I used 1 spoon of the regular mustard and one spoon of rustic one with the whole mustard seeds, to give the salad some extra crunch)
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
Segment an orange as shown in this video, by cutting the skin off together with the white bits, and then cut in between the slice membranes. Cut the slices you've gotten in half. Squeeze the juice out of the orange remains into a bowl you're going to use to prepare the dressing. Add mustard, honey and olive oil and stir well until it all comes together. Pour it over the salad and mix it with your hands so that the dressing is evenly distributed.
